You need to prioritise, what means more to you?
Reaching your goals and having the physique you want or going out, staying up ridiculous hours, partying, drinking, overindulging, procrastinating ect. This by no means is a choice you can still have a social life and have the occasional drink or two however you need to be objective with yourself.
Take alcohol for example: it is 7 calories per gram, linked to health detriment, linked to poor decision making, reduced recovery, reduced hormone function and is also a depressant. Is that my opinion or is it fact. I am not asking for you not to have a social life but realistic. These things hinder results so if you want it bad enough you will limit these things. It’s that simple. Still have fun, still socialise, still enjoy all aspects of life but be responsible.
